Price
The prices of our products are quoted in Swiss francs, including VAT, but excluding transport.
APALAC reserves the right to modify its price list at any time and without notice.
Availability
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
APALAC makes every effort to meet agreed delivery dates. Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers.
Control
Orders must be placed in writing. APALAC decides on a case-by-case basis whether to accept an oral order.
The drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights or other characteristics displayed for the products may differ slightly from the delivered product without the quality of the latter being subject to discussion.
Delivery and transport
Available items are sent by post
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we deliver within approx. 5 to 8 working days.
For other countries, delivery takes around two weeks.
We ask you to contribute to the cost of transport and administration.
Terms of payment
In Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Payment preferably by Twint or Paypal, possibly against 10-day invoice
- In case of doubt, Apalac can request advance payment.
Outside Switzerland
- Minimum order value CHF 100.00.

Warranty
To exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage, we ask you to check the condition of the goods delivered immediately on receipt of the parcel.
Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package. You are responsible for return postage costs. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs for your new order are free.
Youth protection
At Apalac.ch, no beer or spirits are sold or given to anyone under the age of 18. By entering his or her date of birth, the customer is obliged to indicate his or her age, so that these regulations and legal requirements can be complied with. Apalac.ch’s delivery partners reserve the right to check the age of the goods before they are handed over or delivered.
